Bill No. 03-119 - Will need a motion to continue until the November 24, 2003 <br /> meeting of the Council at the request of the Petitioner. <br /> 7. Bill Nos. 71-03, 72-03 and 75-03 - Will need a motion to send these bills to the <br /> Zoning and Annexation Committee and set them for Public Hearing on November <br /> 10, 2003. <br /> 8. Councilmember King reported that rezoning petitions for the Hope Rescue <br /> Mission,property at 1314 California and Hurwich will all be on the next Council <br /> agenda. He noted that Hope Rescue Mission needs this zoning change for some <br /> tax credits, remonstrators from the neighborhood association came to the Area <br /> Plan Commission meeting concerning the property at 1314 California and the <br /> house was full for the Hurwich rezoning. It was noted that when the new zoning <br /> ordinance is in place, the issue of the rezoning for 1314 California could be <br /> resolved. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Loretta J.
