White At-Large President <br /> Also present were: <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand Council Attorney <br /> Loretta J. Duda City Clerk <br /> Sandra M. Parmerlee Chief Deputy City Clerk <br /> Janice I. Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Council President White reviewed the Council agenda noting the following information: <br /> 1. President White advised that a member of the Youth Advisory Council may be <br /> present this evening to give a short update on their attendance at the recent <br /> conference. This update will be given under"Special Business." <br /> 2. Bill No. 03-108 - Favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation <br /> Committee. <br /> 3. Bill No. 73-03 - Favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation <br /> Committee. Third Reading will be held on October 27, 2003. <br /> 4. Bill No. 61-03- Favorable recommendation from the Zoning and Annexation <br /> Committee. <br /> -1- <br />
