SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL AUGUST 25, 2003 <br /> INFORMAL MEETING <br /> 5. Bill No. 03-71 - Amendment needs to be accepted. Council Attorney Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand advised that this bill did go before the Board of Zoning Appeals. <br /> 6. Bill Nos. 03-93, 03-94, 03-95, 03-96 all come favorable from Community and <br /> Economic Development. <br /> 7. Bill Nos. 64-03, 65-03, 66-03 - Will need motion to send to the Personnel and <br /> Finance Committee with Public Hearing on September 8, 2003 and Third Reading <br /> on September 22, 2003. <br /> 8. Bill No. 67-03 -Will need motion to send to the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on September 8, 2003. <br /> 9. Bill No. 68-03 -Will need a motion to send to the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on October 13, 2003. <br /> 10. Bill No. 69-03-Will need a motion to send to the Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on September 22, 2003. <br /> 11. Bill Nos. 51-03 and 58-03 - Will need a motion to send to the Zoning and <br /> Annexation Committee and set for Public Hearing and Third Reading on September <br /> 8, 2003. <br /> 12. Councilmember Aranowski advised that if any Councilmembers have questions of <br /> Department heads during the budget meetings, answers to those questions will be <br /> given to all Councilmembers. He also advised that the City Controller will respond. <br /> 13. Council President White asked if any Councilmembers would be willing to serve on <br /> the Neighborhood Resources and Technical Services Corporation board(NRTSC). <br /> If not, she will continue to serve in that capacity. Councilmember Pfeifer made a <br /> motion to reappoint Council President White to that position. Councilmember King <br /> seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. <br /> The meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted: <br /> Sandra M.
