White at 6:50 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> The following Councilmembers were in attendance: <br /> James Aranowski 1st District <br /> Charlotte Pfeifer 2nd District <br /> Roland Kelly 3rd District <br /> Karl King 4th District Chairperson, Committee of the Whole <br /> Ervin Kuspa 6th District <br /> Sean Coleman At-Large Vice-President <br /> Al "Buddy"Kirsits At-Large <br /> Karen L. White At-Large President <br /> The following Councilmember was absent: <br /> David Varner 5th District <br /> Also present were: <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand Council Attorney <br /> Sandra M. Parmerlee Chief Deputy City Clerk <br /> Janice I. Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Council President White reviewed the Council agenda noting the following information: <br /> 1. Bill No. 03-64-Motion will be entertained to adopt this Resolution by acclamation. <br /> 2. Deputy City Clerk Janice Talboom will read the names of the members of the Youth <br /> Advisory Council and liaisons and Chief Deputy City Clerk Sandra Parmerlee will <br /> administer the oath to all. <br /> 3. Councilmember White will introduce Councilmember Kelly who will introduce <br /> former Councilmembers and other invited guests and present to them the official <br /> 2003 Common Council brochure. <br /> -1- <br />
