White at 6:45 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> The following Councilmembers were in attendance: <br /> James Aranowski 1st District <br /> Charlotte Pfeifer 2'District <br /> Roland Kelly 3rd District <br /> Karl King 4th District Chairperson, Committee of the Whole <br /> David Varner 5th District <br /> Ervin Kuspa 6th District <br /> Sean Coleman At-Large Vice-President <br /> Al "Buddy"Kirsits At-Large <br /> Karen L. White At-Large President <br /> Also present were: <br /> Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand Council Attorney <br /> Sandra M. Parmerlee Chief Deputy City Clerk <br /> Janice I. Talboom Deputy City Clerk <br /> Terry Bland South Bend Tribune <br /> Kathy Brucker Director, Department of Code Enforcement <br /> Council President White reviewed the Council agenda noting the following information: <br /> 1. Bill No. 25-03 - Petitioner has asked that this bill be continued indefinitely so a <br /> motion to that effect will be needed. <br /> 2. Bill No. 38-03 - Third Reading will be held on June 23, 2003. <br /> 3. Bill No. 27-03 - Second substitute version needs to be accepted. Councilmember <br /> Kuspa will be the presenter for this bill. <br /> 4. Bill No. 41-03 - Substitute version needs to be accepted. <br /> 5. Bill No. 23-03 - Motion is needed to continue this bill until the June 23, 2003 <br /> meeting of the Council. <br /> -1- <br />
