White at 3:03 p.m. In the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Coleman, Kirsits, Kelly, Kuspa, White, Varner <br /> and Pfeifer; Mayor Stephen Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, Bill Schalliol, Don Inks and <br /> Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> This is to certify that the only subject matter discussed in this Executive Session was that contained <br /> in the Executive Session meeting notice of February 13, 2003 (copy addressed) which authorized <br /> the calling of this meeting to receive an update on litigation which is pending or threatened(Indiana <br /> Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B) and to receive an update on commercial prospects (Indiana Code § <br /> 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4). <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 4:10 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Karen L.
