White at 4:08 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Kuspa, Kelly and White, Mayor Stephen J. <br /> Luecke, Public Works Director Gary Gilot, City Attorney Charles Leone, Assistant City Attorney <br /> Aladean DeRose, Director of the Division of Environmental Services John J. Dillon, and Council <br /> Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council President White noted that the Executive Session was called to discuss pending litigation. <br /> Council President Karen L. White, hereby certifies that the only items discussed at the May 28, <br /> 2003 Executive Session called pursuant to Indiana Code § 5-14-1.5-6.1 (b)(2)(B), were the <br /> discussion of pending litigation as set forth in the notice of May 23. 2003 (copy attached). <br /> Council President White adjourned the Executive Session at 4:45 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council President Karen L.
