tommittte tirport <br /> Zoning an4 tnntxation Qommttto <br /> The April 28, 2003 Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order by its Chairperson, <br /> Council Member Ervin Kuspa at 4:33 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Pfeifer, Coleman, Kuspa, White, <br /> Varner, and King; Mayor Steve Luecke, City Controller Rick 011ett, City Engineer Carl Littrell, <br /> Building Commissioner Don Fozo, Police Chief Thomas Fautz, Fire Chief Luther Taylor, <br /> Assistant Fire Chief Rick Switalski, Terry Bland of the *olttj likt1r 'Crib Mr and Council <br /> Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Kuspa noted that the Zoning and Annexation Committee members present include <br /> Council Members Varner, Coleman and himself. <br /> Council Member Kuspa then called for a presentation on Bill No. 87-99 which is a request to <br /> designate the real property located at 1040 West Washington as an historic landmark. <br /> Council Member Pfeifer stated that additional time is needed and requested that the Bill be <br /> continued indefinitely. The Council Attorney noted that if the Bill would be continued indefinitely <br /> that when it is ready to go forward that it would be placed on the Council's agenda under <br /> "Unfinished Business"and then formally set for public hearing. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner that Bill <br /> No. 87-99 be recommended to be continued indefinitely at the request of the petition.
