He stated that those living in the area will benefit with the <br /> upgrades in traffic patterns which are proposed. Martin's has shown its interest in developing a <br /> good plan which meets all public safety concerns by hiring its own Traffic Engineer to work with <br /> the City on these issues. Drainage will be more effectively captured which will also benefit those <br /> living in the area. <br /> Mr. Gilot noted that the proposed traffic upgrades will improve the overall safety in the area. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Kelly made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner that Bill <br /> No. 47-03 be recommended favorably to Council.
