emulate Vamort <br /> Parks, V4-crtation, Cultural 'Arts an entitrtaintatut tontinitttt <br /> The August 11,2003 meeting of the Parks,Recreation, Cultural Arts and Entertainment Committee <br /> was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Sean Coleman at 4:55 p.m. in the Council <br /> Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Kelly, Pfeifer, Varner, Coleman, <br /> Kirsits and Kuspa; City Controller Rick 011ett, Terry Bland of the *OW) X11[ trihlrittt and <br /> Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand. <br /> Council Member Coleman noted that the meeting had been called to provide a brief update on the <br /> 21st Century Parks Initiative. He noted that he had met with Mayor Luecke and City Controller <br /> Rick 011ett. They have"promised to take the initiative under consideration and to report back in a <br /> timely manner". <br /> Mr. 011ett stated that Park Superintendent Phil St. Clair was on vacation last week and that the <br /> Mayor is on vacation this week.
