1ommttta Zeport <br /> Sitrooratel an4 f t1Xaixtt toutittittu <br /> The January 27, 2003 meeting of the Utilities Committee was called to order by its Chairperson, <br /> Council Member James Aranowski at 4:35 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Kirsits, Aranowski, Kelly, Kuspa, <br /> Pfeifer, Coleman and White; Terry Bland of the §501tt j Ott$ Zribuft, and Kathleen <br /> Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Aranowski noted that a letter dated January 21, 2003 from Tim Williams of the <br /> Community and Economic Development staff (copy attached) has been received, requesting that <br /> Bill No. 4-03 addressing parking rate increases be continued until the February 10th Council <br /> meeting. <br /> Under miscellaneous business, Council Member Aranowski announced that a committee meeting <br /> on the proposed capital budget will be called for Wednesday, February 5th from 3 p.m. To 4:30 <br /> p.m. He stated that he has asked the City Controller to provide an inventory of the proposed <br /> projects by Thursday or Friday of this week. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member Aranowski then <br /> adjourned the Committee meeting at 4:37 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member James Aranowski, Chairperson <br /> Personnel and Finance Committee <br /> KCF:kmf <br /> Attachment <br />
