Pfeifer at 5:20 p.m. in the Council Informal <br /> Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Varner, Pfeifer, Coleman, Kirsits, Aranowski, <br /> King, Kuspa and White; Citizen Member Isabelle Gonzalez, Terry Bland of the 'outrj1 �i1� <br /> rtburtt and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member Pfeifer noted that Bill No. 16-03 which is a proposed appropriation for Fire <br /> Department equipment was inadvertently set for a Committee hearing.
