She stated that they need to have <br /> discussions and training. She agreed that the problems are at closing. She would like to know <br /> more about the rights and responsibilities and believes that all would benefit. <br /> Council Member Kelly thanked everyone for coming to this Committee meeting. He noted that <br /> having give and take is good so that everyone can work together and address the issues. <br /> Chief Fautz noted that not every dispatch should be considered a "bad dispatch".
