White at 3:00 p.m. in the Council <br /> Informal Meeting Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members: Coleman, Aranowski, King, Varner, Kirsits, <br /> White and Pfeifer;Police Chief Larry Bennett,Assistant Chief Richard Kilgore, Mayor Stephen J. <br /> Luecke, City Attorney Charles Leone, Assistant City Attorney Thomas Bodnar, Assistant City <br /> Attorney Cheryl Greene, Thadeus T. Zakowski and Elmer Carr of the Board of Public Safety; <br /> Gary Gilot of the Board of Public Works, and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Vice-President White noted that the Executive Session of the Council and the Board of <br /> Public Safety and the Board of Public Works was called pursuant to the Indiana state law which <br /> permits Executive Sessions for the purpose of discussing strategy with respect to the Police and <br /> Teamster negotiations. <br /> Council Member President Karen L.
