Meetings with members of the South Bend Police Department have taken place <br /> and more are scheduled, as well as a trip to Chicago to meet with members of the Chicago Police <br /> Department and Legal Department. She also noted that the legal department is working on a new <br /> citation form which would address the proposed gang and narcotics-related loitering ordinance and <br /> other ordinance violations. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member King made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Coleman that Bill No. 42-02 be continued to the August 26, 2002 joint Committee meeting.
