Qtontittittize Ztport <br /> zoning alb artuvxatiou Committee <br /> The February 25, 2002 meeting of the Zoning and Annexation Committee was called to order by <br /> its Chairperson, Council Member James Aranowski at 3:34 p.m. in the Council Informal Meeting <br /> Room. <br /> Persons in attendance included Council Members Aranowski, Pfeifer, Kelly, Varner, Ujdak, <br /> White, Coleman and Kirsits; Community & Economic Development Department Director Jon <br /> Hunt, Citizen Member Isabel Gonzalez, Larry Magliozzi, Terry Bland of the iti0lth en <br /> ribune,and Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney. <br /> Council Member White noted that the first item on the agenda was to review Bill No. 02-10 which <br /> is a resolution to adopt a written fiscal plan and establish a policy for services to the Richard <br /> Murphy Annexation Area. She suggested that it be heard in conjunction with Bill No. 5-02 which <br /> is the annexation ordinance for the same property. <br /> Larry Magliozzi of the Department of Community and Economic Development made the <br /> presentation. He noted that this is a companion Bill to Bill No. 05-02. It addresses 1.62 acres on <br /> the southwest corner at the intersection of Olive Road and Cleveland Road in Germann Township. <br /> With regard to Bill No. 5-02 it was noted that it is a voluntary annexation. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Coleman made a motion, seconded by Dr. Varner that Bill <br /> Nos. 02-10 and 5-02 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> There being no further business to come before the Committee, Council Member White adjourned <br /> the meeting at 4:20 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Council Member Karen L.
