South Bend Central Development Area <br />(3) continued... <br />prepare an Option Agreement to be <br />considered at a future meeting. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 2457 approving execution <br />of a Termination of Escrow Agreement <br />with Elaine Gendel and Meridian Title <br />relating to 505 S. Michigan St in the South <br />Bend Central Development Area. (505 S. <br />Michigan, Fat Daddy's) <br />Ms. Laurent noted that the Commission <br />purchased the Fat Daddy's building early this <br />year. Some money was put in escrow <br />pending until the building was vacated. Staff <br />has inspected and agrees the building is <br />cleaned out sufficiently. Staff recommends <br />approval of the Termination of Escrow <br />Agreement and release of the funds. We will <br />then proceed with some low cost cleanup to <br />the exterior. <br />Upon a motion by Dr. Varner, seconded by <br />Mr. Blake and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 2457 <br />approving execution of a Termination of <br />Escrow Agreement with Elaine Gendel and <br />Meridian Title relating to 505 S.
