KROL: Sothis isn't a situation where <br />you need to buy all the properties or none? <br />MR. INKS: We're going to look at buying <br />them over time, and that time will be <br />dependent on people's willingness to sell the <br />property. <br />MARYANN MANUSZAK: 1117 Grace. <br />Once we did decide to sell and made the <br />deal, how long would we have before we <br />move out. <br />MR. WITWER: We could set a closing date <br />whenever it would be convenient for you. <br />MARY LEBOLD: 1109 Grace. You said <br />six to nine months? We were at a meeting a <br />couple of weeks ago and they said two to <br />four months. <br />MR. WITWER: It could be as short as two <br />months. We can't really get it under two <br />months. <br />Ms. Jones asked if there was anyone else <br />who wished to be heard regarding Resolution <br />No. 2455.
