He suggested <br />approving the proposal subject to legal <br />review. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. King, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FOR <br />Mr. Downes and unanimously carried, the PROPOSAL AND ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />COmmisslOn apprOVed the reC1UeSt for HOK SPORT, SUBJECT TO LEGAL REVIEW, IN AN <br />AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $45,000 <br />proposal and accepted the proposal from <br />HOK Sport, subject to legal review, in an <br />amount not to exceed $45,000. <br />(4) Commission approval requested for <br />cleanup of property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (520 W. <br />Wayne St.) <br />Ms. Jennings noted that the Commission <br />acquired 520 W. Wayne St., the former Cleo <br />Washington property, in December 2007. It <br />has some debris surrounding the building that <br />needs to be cleaned up. It has been an <br />attraction for vandalism. Staff has obtained a <br />quote from CFH Landscape Services in the <br />amount of $1,270 to complete the cleanup. <br />Staff requests approval. <br />Mr. Leone suggested approval subject to <br />proof of insurance. <br />Mr. King asked if keeping this property clean <br />is going to be an ongoing problem.
