An offer to purchase
the property for $102,500, set by the average
of two MAI appraisals, was rejected by John
Coyne and a counteroffer in the amount of
$200,000 has been negotiated, along with
COMMISSION APPROVED RESOLUTION NO. 2458
DESIGNATING AND DECLARING AN AMENDMENT
TO THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE SOUTH
BEND CENTRAL DEVELOPMENT AREA.
