Community and Economic Development Committee <br /> May 28, 2002 <br /> Page 3 <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Ujdak made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Kirsits that the Council Attorney prepare a resolution to rescind the declaratory resolution <br /> addressing the LaSalle Property Management, Co., Inc.
