Placed By: This Encroachment should not be relocated because The sign is consistent with other signs throughout Eddy Street Commons. This specific spot is to provide directions to motorists looking for the Robinson Center, as the entrance is on the back side of the building and hidden from street view. It has been determined that this encroachment in no way impairs the highway or with the free and safe flow of traffic thereon, and it is recommended that the encroachment be permitted to remain.
