This is <br />particularly important during rain events as the current path to the monitors is a dirt/mud <br />path. This makes repair work at these CSO sites difficult. <br />The quotes received are as follows: <br />Company Quote <br />Foegley Landscape, Inc. $22,205 <br />Milestone Contractors $41,793 <br />A third quote was also requested from Premium Concrete on May 21, 2021 but they were <br />unresponsive. <br />The Utility Division recommends award of a contract for $22,205 to the lowest <br />responsive/responsible quoter, Foegley Landscape, Inc. <br />Sincerely, <br />James Clay <br />Utility Purchasing & Storeroom Manager <br />Environmental Services
