Selge Construction Staffing Capabilities and Employee Statement <br />At Selge Construction we are proud to be past of the Christian Labor Association (GLA) Local Union 10. <br />Being part of the CLA provides an organized workforce that has gone through rigorous training and provides <br />premium pay and benefits to everyone on staff. Our team is comprised of 75 individuals (15 office members <br />and 60 field personnel). The team is made up of male, female, and minority members. The average employee <br />at Selge Construction has been with the company for 14 years. <br />Each person on your project will be properly classified as an employee under all applicable state and federal <br />laws and local ordinances. There will not be any temporary laborers on this project Selge has never defaulted <br />on a contract and we do not bid any work that we cannot complete. <br />Based on our current schedule and capabilities, we will utilize 1000/6 Selge employees and equipment for your <br />project We do not foresee any issues being able to complete the project within the designated schedule. <br />Let there be no doubt that Selge Construction has sufficient employees and resources to complete the work <br />we are bidding. <br />
