Harrison Ave., South Bend, IN 46616 <br /> <br />The Department of Community Investment is asking for the Board of Public Works to award the <br />bid and sign the purchase agreement for the sale of City property at 429 N. Harrison Ave., South <br />Bend, IN 46616 with Alfredo Plata Sosa, of 425 N. Harrison Ave., South Bend, IN 46616, an adjacent <br />property owner. <br /> <br />The Board of Public Works advertised the sale of 429 N. Harrison Ave. on 05/28/2021 and <br />06/04/2021. Bids were opened at the Board of Public Works regular meeting on 06/08/2021. <br />Amairany Plata, on behalf of Alfredo Plata Sosa was the sole bidder for the property with a bid of <br />$3,000.
