JOSEPH <br /> ST. <br /> Dear Members of the Council: <br /> This is to advise you that on December 1, 1987, the Board of <br /> Public Works conducted a Public Hearing regarding the vacation <br /> of the rights-of-way as referenced above. <br /> Based on concerns raised by the Department of Economic <br /> Development and their recommendation that the Board withhold <br /> submitting a recommendation to the Common Council at this time, <br /> the Board continued the Public Hearing on this matter until <br /> December 8, 1987.
