The South Bend Redevelopment Authority <br />May 7, 2008 Meeting Minutes <br />The University has negotiated some kind of an agreement with Kite and Kite is now in a <br />position of saying how much they will make, what they have to pay the university and are <br />then pushing the rest of the expenses on to the City. Mr. Thomas said we went ahead on a <br />basis of trust and are now paying a price for that. Mr. Inks said it is still a very good <br />project for the City even at the price we are paying. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Thomas, the Authority unanimously <br />approved the claims as presented. <br />4. NEXT MEETING DATE: May 21, 2008 <br />5.
