• <br /> ` L 1 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7t'�/--k 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT <br /> OF $57,560. 00 FROM FUND #288 EMERGENCY MEDICAL <br /> SERVICES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT <br /> Monies received by Fund #288 EMERGENCY MEDICAL <br /> SERVICES CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND are now needed to defray <br /> expenses incurred by the purchase of capital improvement items <br /> i.e. Radio Equipment, Automobiles and assorted equipment used <br /> by the Fire Department and the Emergency Medical Services. <br /> Monies are available within the Emergency Medical Services <br /> Capital Improvement Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . That the sum of $57,560.00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1987 from the Emergency Medical <br /> Services Capital Improvement Fund, to be administered by the <br /> Fire Department and distributed as set forth below: <br /> ACCOUNT DESCRIPTION AMOUNT <br /> 101-000-16-04427-00 MOTOR EQUIPMENT $15 , 460. 00 <br /> 101-000-16-04429-00 OTHER EQUIPMENT 28 , 000. 00 <br /> 101-000-16-04431-00 RADIO EQUIPMENT 2 , 600. 00 <br /> 101-000-18-04429-00 OTHER EQUIPMENT 11,500. 00 <br /> TOTAL $57, 560. 00 <br /> SECTION II .
