building, (c) include other stand commercial lease provisions governing Allied Fiber's use of the <br /> space and construction of the building, and (d) be subject to HUD and any other HASB-required <br /> approvals. <br /> THEREFORE, the parties now desire to enter into this mutually beneficial Agreement to <br /> facilitate the goals set above,which Agreement is as follows: <br /> Principal Agreement <br /> 1. For the consideration of the City's agreement to pay Eighteen Thousand and <br /> 00/100 Dollars ($18,000.00), which will be paid within ten (10) days of the execution of this <br /> Agreement, HASB agrees, contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement, to grant to <br /> the City an Easement & Right of Way, the form of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein as Exhibit "A" (the "Easement"). The Easement will specifically allow the City to <br /> assign, convey or set over to Indiana Michigan Power Company the rights therein granted. <br /> 2. HASB shall be responsible for the removal and clean-up of the current modular <br /> structure, now located on the north edge of the south administrative building as depicted on <br /> Exhibit `B". <br /> 3. The parties agree that they will each take any action and execute and deliver any <br /> document reasonably required to carry out the intents and purposes of this Agreement. <br /> 4.
