"7 -2 (0 3-0'] <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $350,000. 00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA TO ACCOUNT NO. 4255.0 OTHER <br /> MATERIALS IN THE AMOUNT OF $150,000.00 AND ACCOUNT <br /> NO. 4399. 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br /> $200 ,000. 00. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> The General Fund has available funds because of lower <br /> expenditures than anticipated in 1986 and higher than anticipated <br /> revenues in 1987. It is necessary to appropriate funds in order to <br /> meet existing movement of vehicles. The improvements to the streets <br /> and alleys include paving materials and other repairs on various <br /> streets and alleys within the City of South Bend. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . The following sum of money is hereby ordered set <br /> apart from the General Fund.
