• <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 776 /-8- 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $1,200.00 FROM THE <br /> ARSON PROTECTION FUND TO ACCOUNT NO. 293 . 000.16.04429 .00 <br /> SAID ACCOUNT BEING ENTITLED "OTHER EQUIPMENT. " <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> WHEREAS, funds were received from the State of Indiana for <br /> training and equipment of arson investigators in the City of South <br /> Bend Fire Department and funds are now needed for such purpose. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I . The Sum of $1,200. 00 is hereby appropriated <br /> from the Arson Protection Fund No. 293 and will be transferred to <br /> Account No. 293 . 000. 16. 04429 . 00 entitled "Other Equipment" to be <br /> administered by the Fire Department for training and equipment of <br /> arson investigators. <br /> SECTION II.
