ORDINANCE NO. -7 7 `f-c 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING AN ADDITIONAL <br /> $30 ,000 . 00 FROM THE LOCAL ROAD AND STREET <br /> FUND TO PROJECT R&S 8704 , CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> VIRIDIAN DRIVE. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In order to meet existing and proposed traffic demands and <br /> to provide for safe and efficient movement of vehicles , certain <br /> improvements are necessary for some streets within the City of <br /> South Bend. <br /> Additional funds are now needed to pay for the cost of these <br /> improvements . These funds are available from the Local Road and <br /> Street Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I . The following additional sum of money is hereby <br /> ordered set apart from the local Road and Street Fund for the <br /> project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
