Funds are now needed for the cost <br /> of construction for these improvements. These funds are available <br /> from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO.
