e <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 7.573-4?? <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 46,603 .58 FROM <br /> THE CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING <br /> FUND TO PROJECT CS 816 BOWMAN CREEK WITHIN THE <br /> CUMULATIVE SEWER BUILDING AND SINKING FUND <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: <br /> In the best interest of public health and safety it is <br /> necessary for replacement of St. Joseph & Fox Street Bridge with twin <br /> culverts pipes over Bowman Creek. Funds are now needed for the cost <br /> of construction for these improvements. These funds are available <br /> from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking Fund. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA. <br /> Section I: The following sum of money is hereby appropriated <br /> and ordered set apart from the Cumulative Sewer Building and Sinking <br /> Fund for the project in the amount set forth below: <br /> PROJECT NO. LOCATION AMOUNT <br /> 830 Bowman Creek $ 46,663 .58 <br /> Section II .
