BILL NO. <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 7 7 g q 4 7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $79,650. 00 FROM THE DEDICATED <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE FUND TO DEFRAY EMS RELATED <br /> EXPENSES. <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: Monies received by the dedicated <br /> Emergency Medical Service Fund are now needed in order to make <br /> payments due on a lease-purchase agreement and to cover the cost of <br /> the remodeling of a kitchen at Fire Station No. 7. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SOUTH BEND, INDIANA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> SECTION I .
