STAFF REPORT <br /> COMMON COUNCIL INITIATED #1087-87 April 7, 1987 <br /> City of South Bend <br /> REQUESTED ACTION: This ordinance will amend Chapter 21 , Section 117 <br /> of the Municipal Code which pertains to permitted <br /> exceptions in "C" Commercial Districts. This <br /> amendment will establish procedures to allow <br /> limited multi-family and residential uses to be a <br /> permitted exception in buildings located in a <br /> Commercial District on floors other than the first <br /> floor. <br />
