ORDINANCE NO. 779y- ,t '7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2411 SOUTH MAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana: SECTION I: Ordinance No. 4990-68, as amended, which ordinance is commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of South Bend, Indiana, be and the same hereby is amended in order that the zoning classification of the following described real estate in the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, State of Indiana: A tract of land located in the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 37 North, Range 2 East, City of South Bend, Portage Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the South line of West Ewing Avenue with the West line of South Main Street as located December 11, 1986; thence South 0°00'00" West on and along the West line of South Main Street 723.6 feet; thence South 88 o 50'00" West 149.50 feet along the North line of a tract of land conveyed by deed dated December 9, 1968 in Deed Record 709, page 183, to the East line of the Consolidated Rail Company; thence North 0 00'00" East along said East line of Conrail 723.6 feet to the South line of West Ewing Avenue; thence North 88°50'00" East along said line 149.50 feet to the place of beginning. be and the same is hereby established as C-Commercial, D Height & Area.
