An animal shall be presumed harbored if it is fed or sheltered for three (3) consecutive days. The muzzle must be made in a manner which will not cause injury to the dog or interfere with its vision or respiration, but must prevent it from biting any person or animal. (ee) NIP means to pinch or squeeze with teeth with no breaking of skin or tissue. (ff).t4 OWNER means any person eighteen (18) years or older owning or harboring one or more animals. (gg)kix4 PERFORMING ANIMAL EXHIBITION means any spectacle, display , act, or event other than circuses, in which performing animals are used. (hh) .w). PET means any animal kept for pleasure rather than utility . (ii)0 . PET SHOP means any person , group of persons , partnership or corporation whether operated separately or in connection with another business enterprise. ( ii) POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS DOG means any dog that when unprovoked: (1) inflicts bite(s) on a human or a domestic animal either on public or private property, or (2) has a history documented with a public agency of biting or attacking humans or domestic animals , or (3) any dog with a known propensity, tendency or disposition to attack, to cause injury, or otherwise threaten or endanger the safety of humans or domestic animals; or any American Pit Bull Terrier, but shall not include K-9 Patrol Dogs or Police dogs or attack dogs. (kk).y) PUBLIC NUISANCE means any animal or animals which: (1 ) Interferes with passeFhyspassersby or passing vehicles . (2) Attacks other animals or persons. (3) Is at-large.
