19. Listing as Customer. CITY gives Provider permission to list the City as a customer of Provider on <br />Provider’s website during the term of this Agreement. Provider is prohibited from using City <br />name for any other purposes without first obtaining the City’s prior written consent. <br />20.Counterparts and Electronic Signatures. This Agreement may be executed in two or more <br />counterparts, which together shall constitute one and the same agreement among the Parties. <br />An electronic signature shall have the same authority, effect, and enforceability as an or iginal <br />signature. <br />[Signature page follows.]
