The Division <br />of Engineering, has reviewed the submitted documents and listed the bidders as follows: <br />Rieth Riley Construction Co., Inc. Milestone Contractors North, Inc. <br />Base Bid $1,997,416.06 $2,398,000 <br />Rieth Riley has met both MBE and WBE goals set for this project. <br />Funding: Capital Outlay-Infrastructure-Streets & Alleys (455-06-600-506-442001) <br />It is requested the Board of Public Works award the Roadway Reconstruction project (PN <br />121-008) to the lowest responsive / responsible bidder, Rieth-Riley Construction Co., Inc. in <br />the amount of $1,997,416.06. <br />Thank you for your consideration of this request.
