ORDINANCE NO. 77K7- 77 <br /> AN ORDINANCE DELETING CHAPTER 14.5 OF THE <br /> SOUTH BEND MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED "PROPERTY." <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: The City of South Bend and its <br /> various agencies are required to follow provisions of Indiana statutes <br /> with regard to sale of real property, including but not limited to I.C. <br /> 36-1-11, et seq. In order to bring the South Bend Municipal Code into <br /> conformity with current law, it is necessary to delete Chapter 14.5 in <br /> its entirety. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE SOUTH BEND COMMON COUNCIL, as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 14.5 of the South Bend Municipal Code, entitled <br /> Property, is deleted in its entirety and reserved for future use. <br /> Section 2.
