BILL NO . <br /> ORDINANCE NO . 7 78v-s#7 <br /> AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $107 , 496 . 00 WITHIN <br /> THE STANLEY COVELESKI REGIONAL BASEBALL STADIUM <br /> FUND FOR THE YEAR 1987 . <br /> STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT : <br /> Funds are needed for improvements , equipment and for <br /> the payment of such other fees and expenses attributable to the <br /> operation of a professional baseball team at the Stanley <br /> Coveleski Regional Stadium . Funds are available within the <br /> Stanley Coveleski Regional Baseball Stadium Fund . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND , INDIANA AS FOLLOWS : <br /> SECTION I . The sum of $107 , 496 . 00 is hereby <br /> appropriated for the year 1987 within the Stanley Coveleski <br /> Regional Baseball Stadium Fund . This appropriation is to be <br /> administered by the Department of Administration and Finance and <br /> will be distributed as set forth below : <br /> 4399 . 0 OTHER CONTRACTUALS $107 , 496 . 00 <br /> SECTION II .
