If you will <br /> recall, the City originally had budgeted these funds in the 1987 <br /> operating budget for the Civil City. Upon the Council' s advice <br /> through the Personnel and Finance Committee, during the budgeting <br /> process, these monies were removed from the budget and it was <br /> suggested that the administration should appropriate revenue sharing <br /> funds for this expenditure during 1987.
