Submission of Section JI will allow the bidder to be considered for pre -qualification for gids with the City of South Bend Department of Public Works. Pre- qualified bidders will thea be exempt from a portion of the submission requirements outlined in Section6- 63 of The Responsible Bidding Ordinance No. 10594-18 (hereinafter, "Responsible Bidding Ordinance-') for a period of twelve.
