Therefore, upon a motion by Mr. Molnar, seconded by Mr. Gathers, and carried by roll <br />call, the Board ratified the preapproved claims payments. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR <br />Board Member Gary Gilot inquired whether the Digital Advertising Kiosks for the Kite Realty <br />project were in the public right-of-way. Board Members confirmed this is true. Mr. Gilot also <br />confirmed it is both the digital aspect and allowance of advertising in the public right of way that <br />
