In response to a question from Dr. Varner, Mr. Masters stated that there will be no drainage into <br /> the ditch and that city sewers will be utilized, as well as dry wells in the parking lot. All water <br /> will be retained on site. <br /> Following discussion, Council Member Dieter made a motion, seconded by Council Member <br /> Kirsits that Bill No. 05-87 be recommended favorably to Council. The motion passed. <br /> Council Member Dieter then made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kirsits that Bill No. <br /> 10-05 be recommended favorably to Council.
