d <br />245 <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. Mr. Papczynski absent. <br />Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the -following improvements,- <br />Brick Pavement on Sample street from River Bridge to Vistula avenue, Brick Pavement on <br />E. Monroe street from Michigan street to Vistula avenue, under Improvement Resolutions <br />Nos. 246 & 227 respectively; Also Sewer connections on Vistula avenue from Leer street <br />to Kline street. <br />Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six <br />consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, com- <br />mencing on the 17th day of July, 1905, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the <br />amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 1st day of August, <br />1905, at 1:15 P. 4. <br />Resolved further, that the :entire work under the above contracts be accepted and <br />approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be <br />published on the 17th day of July, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South <br />Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of <br />such work at its office in the City Hall on the lst day of August, 1905, at 7:15 p. m. <br />President. <br />
