Webster filed and approved for Harrison avenue Pipe Sewer. Contract <br />signed for same. <br />Permission granted to the Epworth League of the First Methodist -Episcopal Church to <br />hold open air meetings in Howard Park. <br />Petition filed for Grade, Curb & Walk on Lincoln street from Washington street to <br />tongley avenue. M. <br />The Board met in Special Session at 7:15 P. M. Mr. Papezynski absent. C <br />Hearing given on Assessment Rolls and Final Estimates for the following improvements; <br />Brick Pavement on Laurel street from Washington street to Colfax avenue, Studebaker street <br />from Washington street to Linden avenue, Pipe Sewer on Fellows street from Monroe street <br />North 353 feet, Fellows street from Monroe street to L.S.& M.S. R.R. Under Improvement <br />Resolutions Nos. 230, 2322 249 & 237 respectively; Also Sewer connections on Arnold <br />street from Sample street to Division street. <br />No remonstrators appeared and no remonstrances were filed. The Board therefore find <br />that the property assessed in said rolls filed June 20th, 1905, is benefitted in the <br />amount of assessments as shown on said rolls and the Board find that the assessr_ient roll <br />filed June 20th, 1905, and the final estimate allowed June 20th, 1905, should be and <br />the same is hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. <br />President. <br />
