DeVos & Co. Hearing on Condemnation Resolution No. 20 for a Public Water Way on Dayton street, held over until July 21st2 19052 at 10 A. M. The following notices were served by the Chief of Police. Hoban & Roach, South Bend, Indiana. Gentlemen; -- You are hereby notified that you have never removed the surplus dirt on Woodward avenue occasioned by your work in constructing a sewer on said street. You are therefore notified that unless you remove this dirt under the direction of the City Engineer within 10 days, that said work_ will be done by the Street Commissioner at your expensb.
