A :N a-AXIMIJ Wednesday July 19th, 1905. The Board met in regular session at 10 a. m.. Mr. Papezynski absent. The South Bend Electric Company were notified to remove a portion of their building on Artesian avenue at the foot of Washington street. said building to be removed with in ten (10) days. Petition filed for Electric Light at the Corner of Hill & Kolorama Street. Remonstrance filed against Pipe Sewer on Linden avenue from Adams street to Johnson street. The South Bend Electric Co were notified to place a lamp at the corner of Harper Court & River avenue. Plat of Moon's lst addition filed and approved. Bond of John Baer filed and approved for the Marion Boulevard & nararre street Grade,"Curb & Walk. Contract signed for. same. Engineer filed Assessment Rolls and Final estimate for the following improve menu, ta=-brit; - Cement Sidewalk on Eddy street frozg Wayne street to the Grand Trunk R.R Walk & Curb on Frances street from Wayne street to Grand Trunk R. R., Quimby street from Frances street to Er.dy street, Wayne street from Frances street to Eddy street, Brick Pavement on Eddy street from LaSalle avenue to alley South.cPipe Sewer on Vistula avenue from Kline street to Ernsperger street. All under Improvement Resolutions Nos. 265, 2627 264, 2632 245 & 235 respectively; Also Water Connections on Vistula avenue from Leer street to Ernsperger street. Resolved, that notices as to the amounts of assessments be published for six consecutive days in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, commencing on the 20th day of July, 1905, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the amount of such assessments at its office in the City Hall on the 1st day of August, 1905, at 7:15 P. M. Resolved further, that the entire work under the above contracts be accepted and approved and the final estimate thereon allowed. Notice of this resolution shall be published on the 20th day July, 1905, in the South Bend Daily Times and the South Bend Daily Tribune, stating that this Board will give a hearing on the acceptance of such work at its office in the.; ity Hall on the 1st day of August, 1905, at 7:15 p. m. a President.
