Friday June 9th. 1905. <br />The Board met in regular session at 10 A. M. All members present. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll and final estimate for the Michigan avenue grading <br />held over until Wednesday June 14th, 1905, at 10 A. 14I. <br />Notice served on Contractor Joseph Swiatowy and his Bondsman Martin Kubiak to finish <br />the Michigan avenue grading within Five (5) days or the same will be done by the <br />City, looking to the bondsman for the payment of same. <br />Petition filed by Alfred Kling <br />el and others for permission to use part of Howard <br />Park for religious services. Petition granted under directions of Park Sup't. <br />Contract signed with Wm. N. Bergan for the lease of a strip of land on N. Emerick <br />street for a Public Haymarket. <br />Plat of Kaley's Third Addition approved. <br />Hearing on Assessment Roll for Grade, Curb & Walk and Gravel Road on Lawrence <br />street held over until Saturday June loth, 1905, at"10 a. m. <br />Hearing on Vacation Resolution No. 34, held over until July 12th, 19052 at 10 a. m. <br />President. <br />
